There are many beautiful reasons to bring conscious compassionate awareness to what we eat. What we eat and, more important, how we eat impacts the body, the spirit, the society, and the earth. Loosening ego's grip on our eating habits not only benefits our bodies, in the process we are transformed into what Cheri describes as "a social relief." Through weekly calls and email check-ins, this Group Coaching session will provide support and inspiration for making conscious compassionate food choices.
A recording device is required for participation.
