Awareness Practice

Awareness Practice is the process of waking up to our True Nature.
By noticing how the voices of egocentric karmic conditioning/self-hate take over our lives and cause suffering, and by bringing that suffering into the light of our inherent kindness and wisdom, we are freed from it.
The work of the Awareness Practitioner is learning to be present, to experience ourselves as conscious compassionate awareness, and to be with Life as it is. The work of the Awareness Practitioner is to practice directing the attention from the conversation in conditioned mind to being with Life as it is.
