Africa Project Update

Greetings to you all.

This past year has been a good one for me and the team! We worked through the year as a family. We had some challenges along the way. We lost a member of our team – a dear friend, colleague and mother, Ethel Mutale. She was jovial, loving and charming.  May she rest in peace.

We have progressed well with the girls who are in our program.  We have placed the girls in pods so that we can get a better sense of how to support each girl. The girls are more open to us and love the program so much.

We need to take care of the children in Kantolomba because it is our great honor to transform this community.

On the team’s side, we have been family as usual, and working together has brought us closer than ever.  When one walks into the compound on the property, they sense the love of the team. Most of the time when working they love to sing as they do their chores.

As we close the year 2017, we would say YESSS! We have done our duty as a team and we are ready and eager to do more as each day, month and year bring in new things and ideas.

On behalf of the team here in Kantolomba, we wish you all a fruitful 2018 as we continue to work together. We send love to all.
