Requirement/
In Zen training we practice three forms of meditation to help us live in the mind of meditation: sitting, walking and working meditation. Working meditation is the closest of the three to resembling our everyday lives. On retreats, working meditation might be preparing meals, working in the garden, cleaning the buildings and maintaining the grounds.
We can practice being in the mind of meditation in all of our activities, from doing household chores to caring for loved ones to working in a paid job.
Join Sangha for a glorious day of at-home working meditation. The day will include sitting meditation, periods of working meditation and time to process your insights and awarenesses from the day.
