Using a land line or cell phone:

Using a computer:

Download and install the application.
Launch the StartMeeting application.
Click Join.
Enter your name, email address and the meeting ID: virtualmeditation
Click Join.
Click Join with computer audio.

Launch the app
Enter Online Meeting ID: virtualmeditation (no space)
Enter your first name and last initial
Touch "Join"
Choose Dial-In Using: Internet
If you have connected and are not hearing the audio clearly, click the Speaker icon at the top of the screen and choose your audio output option.
